In reading the twelve entries I found that the author’s succeeded in capturing the “Emotional Truth” of the young adult or teenage experience. However, a writer should re-read their work several times to trim sentences of unnecessary words, and to correct grammar errors. It is also important to visualise the story as it unfolds, to ensure the reader interprets incidents as intended.
